Notes about the gallery system

The images in the gallery are produced by the Java Applet FITS viewer, used to view the FITS files returned by the telescope. As the image processing operations in the applet are currently quite limited, these images may not be as good as they could be. This should improve as more operations are written into the applet - users will then be able to submit more finely processed images.

For images professionally processed with external applications check the links page for links to some users' home pages with their BRT images on display.

Only processed images appear in the gallery. To search unprocessed images click here.
