Account Information

Any personal information you enter when you create an account will be stored on our servers for the lifetime of your account. The information will only be accessible by Bradford Robotic Telescope team members. Some of your information may also be made available to Bradford University for the purposes of sending you information by email about degree programmes and open days, if you request this during your account signup. Your account information will not be given to any other parties.

Account Expiry, Suspension and Termination

If we believe you or somebody using your account is abusing the system in any way, we may suspend or terminate your account without warning.

Images taken with the Bradford Robotic Telescope Project are the property of the Bradford Robotic Telescope Project. Copyright remains with the Bradford Robotic Telescope Project. Anyone may re-publish Bradford Robotic Telescope images on other web sites or in print providing that a reasonable copyright notice attributing the image to the Bradford Robotic Telescope is on the image or very close to it.

BBC Sky at Night Magazine Reader Offer

Promoter is The University of Bradford, Robotic Telescope, School of Engineering and Informatics, University of Bradford, Bradford, BD7 1DP. Free Entrants must not be employees of the promoter or Immediate Media Company. By entering this competition, you agree that Immediate Media Company (publishers of BBC Sky at Night Magazine) can send you details about their brands and promotions by email. You can unsubscribe from these at any time. Free Entrants will receive an email confirming registration details immediately after registration. Free Entrants will have access to all areas of the site normally restricted to paying users, except 'Use the telescope'. In place of this, Free Entrants will be able to request images of 6 pre-selected objects. Free Entrants will have a report on progress of their image. Once taken, image will be returned to Free Entrant, who will be able to use the full image processing software on it. Free Entrants may access the offer for 31 days from date of registration. Access code active until 11.59pm 1 September 2015. On 1 January 2016 all Free Entrant accounts will be converted to regular unpaid accounts, which can be reactivated on payment of the standard fee of £3/month.
