Pisces: The Fishes

Pisces is said to be connected to the myth of a great monster called Typhon. A monster so terrible that even the gods themselves ran from him. In fact the star sign Capricorn is connected to the same myth as it was during his flight from Typhon that Pan took on the form of the goat fish Capricorn whilst hiding in the Nile.

It wasduring this period when the gods ran from the monster Typhon that the gods Aphrodite and Eros took on the form of the twin fishes.

Later Christian beliefs often associated the star sign with the biblical story of the miracle of the fishes and the loaves
