Capricorn: The Horned Goat Fish |
Probably the most ancient of the zodiacal constellations it is said to represent many different gods and stories: including the pre-Babylonian god Ea. Ea is said to be the god of wisdom who came to earth on many occasions and even saved mankind from a great flood. Capricorn is also said to be the son of Aegipan who accompanied Zeus in the fight against the Titans and Pan who when fleeing to Egypt changed himself to a half fish to hide in the Nile.
